This delicious cantuccio, handmade, prepared with the mixture of eggs, sugar and yeast is enhanced by the addition of juicy prunes that make it delicious to the palate.

Ingredients:

Flour, organic eggs, prunes, sugar, natural flavors, baking soda. Allergens: Wheat, Eggs, Tree nut. Made by hand in our kitchen where Milk is used for other preparations.

Our cantucci are an original product, baked exclusively in our Jersey City store following an ancient Tuscan recipe. We use only high quality ingredients as well as organic fresh eggs and a customised variety of flour. We don’t use any oil, butter or dairy products. The cantucci don’t contain any kind of preservatives or artificial ingredients. Keep this in mind when you order online and when you receive your bags of cantucci be sure to store them in their original package to maintain freshness. They can naturally get less moist, but they will be good to eat for four weeks. You can also freeze them to use it at a later time.
